Arbel El Sharafy is a man of many taunts, head chef, consultant, accountant,
and maitre de. He has been at La Camera for nine years, and is our own
Israeli boomerang, as he always returns back here.
Arbel is always impressively dressed and well groomed and all the ladies
adore the aftershaves he wears. His has just celebrated his birthday so we
