Almost 20 years ago, La Camera owner Lino Scidone and then Head Chef, Arbel El Sharaf, travelled to Rome on a mission — to discover the secrets behind the authentic Pizza Romana.
This month, 80 lucky guests will have the opportunity to learn those very same secrets and take home the skills and tradition to recreate Roman-style pizza for their own family and friends.
While the vast majority of pizzas served in Australia are Neapolitan-style, Pizza Romana offers something distinctly different — a thinner, crispier base with its own unique texture and character.
Over the years, La Camera has refined and tweaked the traditional recipe to create our own unique base — and for one special night, we’re sharing the secrets behind it with you!

6:30pm – All-you-can-eat pizza begins
6:45pm – Pizza demonstration commences
7:15pm – Hands-on pizza-making class
8:15pm – Dessert is served
