• General Bookings: We welcome reservations through our online booking system or via phone.
• Special Event Nights: For special events (such as Opera Nights, Cooking Classes, and Community Nights), specific per-person rates. Discounts do not apply on special event nights.
• Minimum Spend: A minimum spend of $50 applies for A la carte menu dining on designated event nights.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Menu Pricing: All prices listed on our menu and website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change.
• Card Surcharges: All credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) incur a 1.5% surcharge. We do not accept Diners Club.
• Weekend and Public Holiday Surcharges: A surcharge of 10% applies to all transactions on Sundays. A surcharge of 15% applies on Public Holidays.
• Bill Splitting: To ensure efficient service, we strictly do not split bills.

3. Dietary Requirements and Variations

• Menu Modifications: Our kitchen operates under a strict “No Variations & Substitutions” policy for set promotional menus and specific dishes unless explicitly agreed upon. Any permitted additions or modifications will incur an extra charge.
• Allergies: Please inform your waiter of any dietary requirements or food allergies before placing your order. While we take maximum care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Online Ordering and Delivery

• Delivery Radius: Our online ordering system operates within a limited delivery zone restricted to a 3 km radius from our restaurant. Users must verify their postcode via our online prompt prior to ordering.
• Order Cancellation: Once an online order is submitted and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled or modified
